His career spans album sessions, broadcast and live sound, performances with the Craig Chaquico Band, and recording education. His documented credits include projects involving Santana, Journey, Cindy Blackman Santana, Keiko Matsui, the Temptations, and many more.

Jim also serves as a technology leader for sound and video at Saint Hilary Church and School in Tiburon, California, supporting audiovisual production, live services, and livestream broadcasts.
